Course Overview

Change is a constant in both personal and professional spheres, yet navigating through it can be challenging and sometimes unsettling. This course delves into the dynamics of change, offering insights into why change occurs, how it affects us, and strategies for managing our reactions and emotions during transition periods. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, participants will learn to understand and embrace change, enabling them to move forward with resilience and adaptability.

This online course will be delivered through micro-learning videos, journal prompts, recaps and frequently asked Q & A. Participants can have opportunities to discuss questions and share their experiences with change and learn from the facilitator and their peers in a requested Zoom call. The aim is to create a supportive environment where individuals can explore their feelings about change, gain new perspectives, and develop the skills needed to navigate transitions more effectively.
