Discovery
Discovery meeting. We have a comprehensive question tree to identify and drill down into the most urgent needs and understand any underlying concerns that may prevent needed changes.
We will also interview personnel as needed.
Duration: < 1 Week
Program
writing
We present program outlines. You select where you want to start and we go to work.
We can handle the writing, video production, LMS development and all other tasks needed to deploy world-class programs to your people.
Duration: 6 Weeks+
Implementation
Following your guidance and comfort level, we begin implementation. Meeting with key personnel, establishing roll-out plats, timelines, providing materials and putting new programs in place in viable and natural ways.
Duration: 3 Weeks+
Management
Change is hard. We can easily see when programs start to deteriorate and know how to revitalize and pivot if this happens. This is the finish line. We will not relent in sustaining the changes your organization needs to reach your goals.
