Accessibility and language
Accessible training, built to Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA.
If a course is required, everyone required to take it has to be able to finish it. That includes the learner using a screen reader, the learner reading in a second language, and the learner working through a module on a phone between shifts.
How we build
Conformance is cheap while the course is being authored.
We build to the standard at the authoring stage rather than fixing it afterward, and we write down any criterion that cannot apply to a given objective so you are not the one who discovers it later.
What you get from us
- Keyboard access through every screen, including assessments
- Captions and transcripts produced with the video, not after it
- Headings and reading order that a screen reader can follow
- Certificates that announce themselves as records, not images
- A written note wherever a criterion cannot apply to an objective
What we get called in to fix
- A caption burned into a video where nothing can reach it
- A quiz you cannot finish without a mouse
- A certificate a screen reader reads out as an unnamed image
- A course that passed a demo and failed an audit
We remediate inherited courses too, including ones we did not build. It costs more than authoring it correctly, and it is usually still cheaper than the finding that prompted the call.
Language access
Fourteen languages in one course, chosen by the learner.
The Work Zone and First Responder Course we operate for the Washington State Department of Licensing runs in fourteen languages including English. Your learner picks one at any point and keeps their progress. It is one course with language built in, not fourteen separate courses to maintain.

Records
Completions land in your system of record on their own.
When a learner finishes, the result goes to the system that holds your training records, at the moment it happens. Nobody on your staff reconciles a spreadsheet to prove a requirement was met, and an audit asks the system rather than asking a person.
Public-facing delivery
Residents and license applicants complete a required course without calling anyone for help.
Mobile with progress kept
A learner starts on a phone, finishes on a desktop, and loses nothing in between.
Audit-ready by default
The record exists because the course was completed, not because someone assembled it afterward.
